As I am an avid fan of these sausage mcmuffins, I crave for them at odd hours, therefore I have tested and tried many recipes and finally came up with the recipe listed below. For this recipe:

Things You May Need:

  • English McMuffins.
  • Pork Sausage Patties.
  • Eggs.
  • Cheese slices.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Butter.

Preparation

  • Season your mcmuffins with vegetable oil.
  • Toast muffins on a hot griddle until they are well toasted and become golden brown.
  • Fry sausage patties in medium heated oil until they are fully cooked from both sides.
  • Fry egg in butter until yolk attains perfect consistency.

Assembling

  • Place fried sausage patties on the bottom half of the toasted muffin.
  • Now place a second patty onto it.
  • Place egg above the patties.
  • Now top it up with a cheese slice.
  • Cover all of it with the top half of the muffin.
  • Warm it again slightly on a preheated griddle.
